The private bush setting of our accommodation allows you to see native NZ birds at close range while being only minutes from the Paihia town centre and an extensive range of Bay of Islands cruises, activities and cafes. The panoramic uninterrupted sea views and coastal location are breathtaking. The Retreat has 1 studio and 8 spacious 1 and 2-bedroom units with full kitchens, decks and stunning sea views over the Bay of Islands.

 January 12th Wow ....well we have had some lovely customers staying over the last 2 weeks and although the weather has been ''patchy'' everyone has still managed to enjoy The Bay

Kia ora after a long busy time since The Rugby World Cup  A great time  was had by all and Kevin in particular enjoyed meeting Rugby enthusiasts from all over The World    Now its Summer and the weather is settling down with some lovely Fine days  A great time to visit The Bay.and all its amazing attributes
 come up and enjoy some local genuine Kiwi Hospitality with us.

Well can you believe it is new years Eve ...again
We had a lovely break in the showery weather after 2 days but it is going to be tomorrow when it fines up for the rest of the Summer ...............
